seriously WTF apple?!
my first ipod completely died. my second one just froze so i did and the crazy tricks and called apple up and they todlme i had to send it in so here i am filling out the request form on apple.com and it comes time to finish it and apple doesnt feel like processing my form. do you hate me?! what IS this! Its going to take forever to get it fixed and back to me. what am i ever going to do without it for that long.. its like my baby. ugh. thats right apple. this right here is a big fuck you to you.
