Last night Ankur called me up at 1:30am and told me that Mr. Mott had taken his own life with a gun. This is the type of thing that you hear on the news about an unknown person in an unknown school, from an unknown town. You hear it and for a moment you think "how tragic" and continue with what you are doing. It's hard to truely FEEL for their friends and families when you don't know who it is. Unfortunately I now have a face that fills the blank, and I'm just trying to comprehend it. take it in.

The twist is that he tought a psychology course at Staples and was very very big on teaching the suicide portion of it especially the prevention of suicide. It's almost as if he wanted the people around him to unerstand what he has taught them and to notice the warning signs that he had...
