I've noticed something. When someone gives you a compliment, you try to stay true to that statement around that person. Hm... I'm probably not making sense. Example: If someone says, Wow, you're really outgoing, naturally you'd try to stay true to that so that they wouldn't have any second thoughts right? Or if they said, You're HOT!! or You're a good listener you'd try to be hot all the time, or you'd try harder to be that good listener. So after a while wouldn't it alter your personality? Other people can really influence who you are, is I guess what I'm trying to say...I dunno, sometimes I would rather not hear a compliment and just stay me. Plain old Bianca.
